Q1：What is the MOQ for ODM customization?                                                                                  Answer:Our standard ODM MOQ at least 3,000 units,preferably 10,000 units.                                                                  The higher quantity,the lower cost. If the quantity is too small,it is difficult to source materials, and the unit cost will be very high.

Q2：What information do customers need to provide for ODM cooperation?                  Answer: Please provide the working principle, usage environment, appearance requirements (such as size, shape, etc.), battery life requirements, target ex-factory cost range, and material requirements.If you have specific requirements for chips, please inform us in advance.

Q3:Do you accept projects where customers only want to develop 1-2 units for personal use?      Answer: Sorry, we do not accept such projects. We undertake ODM projects mainly for subsequent mass production orders. Without follow-up orders, there is no profit for the factory, and the early development work will be wasted. Such projects are also very time-consuming.

Q4：Question: How much is the development fee?                                                  Answer: Development fees vary for different projects. We can develop prototypes, functional modules, or complete finished products separately.                                                                                                                                                       The unit price depends on the requirements and calculated based on the workload.lease organize your project requirements into a document for us to evaluate.You can also tell us your target development budget directly. If we can do it, we will proceed;if not, we will let you know immediately to save your time.

Q5：How many prototypes/samples do you usually make?                                      Answer: Normally, we make 3-5 samples.For some expensive samples with high material costs, we make 2-3 samples.If you need more samples, this can be discussed, and the unit price will be calculated separately.

Q6：What processes do you use to make samples?                                                         Answer: We use both CNC machining and 3D printing, depending on the project requirements.3D printing is cheaper, while CNC machining is more expensive.

Q7：Does ODM include mold cost? Who bears the mold fee?                                                                    Answer: The mold fee is borne by the customer.

Q8：How long is the ODM development lead time?                                               Answer: The entire process includes design, molds manufacture , samples production, testing, and mass production.           From concept confirmation to finished sample completion, it usually takes more than 3 months. For more complex projects, it takes more than 6 months.

Q9：We are software developers, solution providers, and algorithm engineers who can provide working principles. Can you help us design and customize PCBA?                                        Answer: Yes, we can. You only need to provide the product working principle, functional requirements, control logic, and conceptual solutions. We will be fully responsible for the complete hardware service including PCB circuit design, hardware development, component selection, PCBA manufacturing, sampling testing, and mass production delivery.Our cooperation model is clear: you focus on software, firmware, and algorithm development, while we take full responsibility for all customized hardware outsourcing.

Q11：Are the developed ODM products exclusive to the customer?                              Answer:Yes,all private mold products developed exclusively belong to the customers.

Q12：What are the payment terms?                                                                     Answer:Design fee: 100% prepaid                                                                                                                                          Mold fee: 50% deposit after  prototypes  confirmation, remaining 50% after mold completion。                               Product production: 50% deposit after mold samples confirmation, remaining 50% before shipment。

Q13：Can you share the websites or products of other customers who have cooperated with you so that we can learn more about your company?                                                         Answer:Sorry, this is confidential business information and cannot be shared.                                                                 Trust is mutual. You can ask technical or other questions to learn about us, but we cannot disclose customer information.

Q14：Can we communicate directly with your engineers about technical issues?                      Answer:Before confirming cooperation, sorry, no. Please organize your technical questions and send them to us. We will discuss them internally and get back to you.                                                                                                                           After confirming cooperation, engineers generally only communicate internally, not directly with customers, except for special issues.
