1.what is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)for samples ?

2. Do you provide free samples? 

Sorry, we do not offer free samples.

3. How soon will samples be shipped?

Within 2 days.

4. Does the product price include shipping costs? 

The quoted price is only for the product itself, excluding any other fees.

5.How many days does it take for samples to arrive?

The delivery time varies by region. For Europe and North America, express delivery usually takes 5-7 days; for DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, the delivery time is longer, approximately 9-12 days

 6. What is the MOQ for customized glasses?

 1000 sets per color; for metal frames, the MOQ is 500 sets per color.

7. What customization options are available?

 Laser-engraved LOGO, silver hot-stamped LOGO, frame color customization, packaging customization, manual customization, lens customization (MOQ: 3000 sets per color), Bluetooth name modification, and custom APP development.

 8. What APP is compatible with the glasses?

 Hey Cyan (APP name).

9. Can you share the SDK? Is there a fee? 

Yes, we can share the SDK for free, but no technical support is provided—customers need to integrate it themselves. If you require our integration service, the fee will be evaluated based on your specific needs.

10. How long does it take to produce customized glasses?

 Normally 4-5 weeks.

11. What is the warranty period for the smart glasses? 

One year.

12. Are you a company, a trader, or a factory?

 We are a factory.

13. Do you have CE, ROHS, and FCC certifications?

 Yes.

14. How much is the shipping cost for samples? 

The price varies depending on the destination country, address/postal code, and shipping time. Please confirm the number of samples, and we will calculate the shipping cost for you.

15. If the customer has their own freight forwarder, can they use it? 

Of course, and we also recommend that customers arrange their own freight forwarders.

16. If the order quantity does not meet the MOQ, but  customer wants to use their own packaging, is that possible?

 Yes, but there will be an additional packaging fee, as our packaging supplier has a MOQ of 1000 units. The price is approximately $900/1000 PCS. Alternatively, customers can source their own packaging supplier and provide the packaging themselves.

17. Can lenses be selected? 

Yes, with a MOQ of 3000 sets per type.

18. Can the price be reduced?

 Please  confirm the order quantity and requirements first. The final price will be calculated based on the actual situation at the time of order placement, considering factors such as quantity, exchange rate, and raw material prices. The current unit price is for reference only.

19. Can customers develop their own APP? 

Yes, we can share the SDK, and customers can develop   own APP independently.

20. Do you provide design services? For example, different glasses appearances. 

Yes, but there is a fee. The design fee is approximately $4300, which does not include mold costs. The mold fee will be provided after the design draft is confirmed.

21. Can we visit your factory? 

Of course, you are welcome.

22. Do you provide drop shipping services? 

Sorry, we only accept ODM, OEM, and bulk orders, and do not offer drop shipping.
